Help Scout is a shared inbox and customer support platform used by more than 12,000 small and mid-size businesses worldwide. When the company introduced its new AI features, the goal was to show what they could do without losing sight of what Help Scout has always stood for: putting customers first, even as the industry rushed toward AI hype. I designed a suite of launch materials to carry that message across channels, including a short-form video demoing AI Drafts, an immersive ebook, and supporting webinar graphics. Together, they positioned Help Scout’s AI as a tool that helps support teams do more human work.
